WATCH: Dexter Lumis gets ARRESTED on NXT after reuniting with her lady love Indi Hartwell

It seems that Dexter Lumis’ WWE return cannot get less exciting. The Tortured Artist made a return to NXT recently to reunite with his estranged kayfabe wife Indi Hartwell. Hartwell was involved in a match against Blair Davenport, but quickly lost the match and then Davenport would push her outside the ring after the match to call out NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose and Meiko Satomura who is the current NXT UK Women’s Champion.

Davenport continued to confront both of them while surprisingly Hartwell kept lying on the floor. When the show returned after a commercial break commentator Wade Barrett was quick to point out that Hartwell had not left the ring side area. Hartwell would then grab the mic and go on to deliver an emotional promo about how things are not working in her favour.

Dexter Lumis reunites with Indi Hartwell at a shocking return at NXT

Hartwell said- “So this is what rock bottom feels like, huh? It sucks, and no disrespect to Blair Davenport, she’s probably going to unify the NXT Women’s titles and take it to NXT Europe.” Hartwell would then go want to say that she has always been the problem and she is the one who is coming in the path of her success.

She also said that 4 months ago she looked into the mirror to decide that she will ignite her career from this stage but even after 4 months she is still sitting there at the same position. Before Hartwell could say anything further, Dexter Lumis appeared out of the blue and both reunited with each other in the middle of the ring.

Both hugged and kissed each other as the crowd continued to chant- “InDex”. Lumis would then carry Hartwell backstage, and would give her a letter before being arrested by the police and saying goodbye to her. You can watch the full video . To those unaware Hartwell and Lumis were paired on screen in 2021 when Hartwell had proposed Lumis after she won a match as his partner.

Lumis had accepted the proposal and the two were together until Lumis was released in April 2022. With now Lumis reuniting with Hartwell and Johnny Gargano also returning to the company can we see The Way reuniting again. Well, Both Lumis and Gargano are currently on Raw and are pursuing different storylines, but if Hartwell comes to Raw then the three can surely reunite in future.
