Public hearing on outdoor amphitheater in Canyon County rescheduled

CANYON COUNTY, Idaho (CBS2) — The Canyon County Board of Commissioners announced on Friday, Feb. 10 that a public hearing, scheduled on Thursday, Feb. 16, for the special events facility and outdoor amphitheater on Sunny Slope Rd. will be rescheduled.

The delay in scheduling, requested by the applicant, will allow the applicant and the Development Services Department to review comments received after the Dec. 1, 2022, Planning & Zoning hearing.

The new hearing date and time will be posted on the Development Services Land Use Hearing website.
