To begin Professional Protection you must first complete The Crazy Horse.
Objectives of Professional Protection
1. "Professional Protection" Phone Booth
Go to the phone booth described in the note - Professional Protection. The phone will be ringing and you will be able to interact with it.
I need to move a package across town. Unfortunately, the rightful owner of said package wants it back. I hired a driver already; you just need to provide protection. You can keep the gun.
2. Get in the car / Protect the car
The driver will drive through the streets of the city and your task will be to eliminate the cars that will attack you. You should use a tommy gun that will be in your possession for this purpose. You will have an unlimited amount of ammunition.
To quickly eliminate hostile cars try to aim at the drivers....
...or, if they are far away, at their engine.
The route you will have to travel will be relatively long and will end in the Holbrook district. After completing the task you will unlock the Gold Tommy Gun.
After completing Professional Protection you will get or will be able to get Curse of the Baskervilles (1 of 10).
