Never believe what third parties speak about me, Boris Becker calls out Roger Federers ex-c
Roger Federer‘s former coach and a former player himself, Ivan Ljubicic, had claimed to ‘SportKlub’ earlier this week the shocking statement that Boris Becker had apparently made in a conversation with him. He mentioned that Becker told him about how Novak Djokovic had admitted Carlos Alcaraz’s superiority before the final at Wimbledon, something he had never done even against Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.
The German veteran has now responded to these claims, urging fans that he had never spoken anything about anything in that manner with Ljubicic.
Unless you hear it coming from me directly, never believe what third parties speak about me …Boris Becker wrote via X
Becker was replying to a tweet that was appreciated by him calling out the misinformation after he had initially shut down the claims with a single line, “Never said it!” If the claims were true, Becker would have been defaming Djokovic, a former pupil of his which may have been a problem for his already challenging life situation following bankruptcy and arrest. Djokovic had also supported him through these unfortunate circumstances.

Boris Becker appreciates Angelique Kerber’s influence on the game as she announces a sudden retirement
36-year-old Angelique Kerber announced yesterday that the Paris Olympics will be the last professional tournament of her career right after the shocking news of Andy Murray doing the same broke out. The German is a three-time Grand Slam champion and has remained the World No.1 in a time when Serena Williams was at the top of her game.
Her compatriot and tennis legend Boris Becker was quick to offer his congratulations to her on her wonderful and impactful career.
