Journalist, Chad Daybell's sister-in-law subpoenaed to appear in court
REXBURG, Idaho (CBS2) — A journalist covering the high-profile Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell case has been subpoenaed to appear in court.
According to Idaho court records, EastIdahoNews.com journalist Nate Eaton received the notice as well as Heather Daybell, the sister-in-law of Chad Daybell.
They have been ordered to appear for the scheduling conference on June 9 in Fremont County.
Eaton, who has extensively covered the case and traveled to Hawaii to ask Lori and Chad questions, had a one-word response for his followers on Twitter.

Chad and Lori are being held on $1 million bonds for concealing and conspiracy to alter evidence related to the bodies of JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan being found on Chad's property in Salem.
